All pre-sales orders are final. All pre-sales orders must be picked up at 6335 FM 359 Road, Richmond, Texas 77406 before Dec 29th, 2023. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all cancelled orders or orders not picked up by Dec 29th, 2023.
Purchasers / Consumers purchase fireworks at the own risk. Purchasers / Consumers indemnify and hold harmless Red Dawn Fireworks and/or its affiliates for all losses, injuries, claims, damages and suits of any kind whatsoever resulting from purchase and operation of consumable fireworks.
